Returns & Exchanges

At Son de Flor, we want you to cherish your timeless linen pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your linen garments and place them in the original box or a secure mailing bag, including the return form provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
